Palm Beach developer Stephen Myers next month plans to unveil phase one of Pine Creek Sporting Club, a 2,800-acre outdoor-activity community of pines, live oaks and wetlands in rural Okeechobee County, located about 20 miles west of Interstate 95. The luxury outdoors development will feature 3,000-square-foot ranch homes with community access to quail shooting, horseback riding and kayaking. Myers said he is looking for a few last buyers for phase one of the community, which consists of 23 40-acre tracts priced between $800,000 and $1.2 million.
