Investor confidence weak going into 2009, survey says

Amid the recession, commercial real estate investors are worried about
industry performance in 2009, according to the national fourth-quarter
2008 PricewaterhouseCoopers Korpacz real estate investor survey, released
today. Investors are worried that job losses will continue to hurt
market fundamentals and property values, the survey found. The survey also found that real estate may no
longer be a favorite choice for investors because the market is so
