Bulk sale of condo units completed

Worldwide Development Services, sales representative for Miami Beach condominium Flamingo South Beach, announced that a bulk sale of 19 residential units at the condo building was completed last week. The
buyer, a Philadelphia-based real estate holding company, paid $8
million. Many developers have been seeking bulk sales lately
to avoid having to turn their condo projects into rentals. Seventeen
units, studios through three-bedrooms, are still available for purchase
at Flamingo South Beach. TRD
