Professional Arts Center, a medical and professional office condominium
at 8200 SW 117th Avenue in Miami. The units total about 33,000 square
feet spread over two buildings. One Seventeen Professional Arts Center
is part of Flagler Development Group’s Palms at Town & Country, a
