Single-family houses offer greater discounts

South Florida’s single-family house prices dropped more than
condominium prices in the first 11 months of 2008, according to a
report from Condo Vultures. Single-family house prices in Miami-Dade,
Broward and Palm Beach counties were down an average of 39 percent,
while condo prices in the same areas were down an average of 37 percent
over the first 11 months of 2008.
