RoboVault tops off

RoboVault, a robotic storage facility at the intersection of I-595 and
U.S. 1 in Forth Lauderdale, topped off recently, developer Marvin
Chaney announced yesterday. The five-story facility, which Chaney
expects to open by April, will store items that range in size up to
automobiles. The building, which has an automated system for retrieving
items, also has a climate-controlled wine storage area. The building is
designed to withstand Category 5 hurricanes and offers private access
and 24-hour monitoring. TRD
