Church school project delayed

Miami Beach’s St. Patrick Church and School will have to wait until
March for a decision on a proposed 40,000-square foot expansion of its
pre-kindergarten space after the city design review board deferred a
decision on the project based on neighborhood opposition. The project,
located at 3701 N. Meridian Avenue, drew considerable criticism from
nearby residents, who anticipate drastic changes, including more traffic, in their neighborhood.
