A-Rod cuts price, Don King lists home

New York Yankees player Alex Rodriguez has cut the price of his Coral
Gables home to $12.3 million from $14.9 million. He and his ex-wife,
Cynthia, paid $12 million for it in 2004. Meanwhile, former boxer Don
King just listed his oceanfront estate in Manalapan for $27.5 million.
King said he needs “to downsize” and he’s going to look for a $5
to $10 million house.
