Six charged with housing fraud

One Lake Worth resident and five Wellington residents were charged with housing fraud after illegally sub-leasing apartments and lying to federal officials about their criminal histories in order to get housing subsidies. Scott Bradley Epstein, 46, of Lake Worth, a social sciences teacher at Atlantic High School in Delray Beach, was charged, along with Wellington residents Pamela Cunningham Cohen, 38, Latoya Mills, 30, Reginald Herman Bradley, 69, Vivian Smith, 41, and Martha Cecilia Aguilar, 52.
