Trinity Development received narrow approval for a 299-foot condominium
tower in West Palm Beach, a modified version of the Modern, which was
once proposed at 325 feet. The $150 million project is nearly three
times the size of the hurricane-damaged project it will replace. City
planning officials recommended against the project, but city commissioners approved it in a 3-2 vote, with supporters emphasizing
the benefits to the city’s tax base. The planned development will have
84 units.
