Commissioner faces foreclosure

West Palm Beach Commissioner Molly Douglas is facing foreclosure on her 1,666-square-foot home, purchased in 2002 for $235,000. Douglas said she will pay in cash the $194,000 she still owes on the $217,000 loan she borrowed from Chase. She said she was unable to find a bank to refinance the loan when it came due in August.
