Miami officials have pushed back their vote on the Florida Marlins
stadium agreement from March 4 to March 6. The city did not provide a
reason for the change. Miami-Dade County officials still plan to vote
on the deal March 9. Graciela Solaris, a member of Miami Neighborhoods
United, and Elvis Cruz, a member of the Morningside Civic Association,
filed a lawsuit on Wednesday asking the court to issue an injunction
on the stadium negotiations because the public officials did not make their meetings with the team open to the public.
