The county zoning commission decided today that developer Boca Raton
Associates VI, a subsidiary of G.L. Homes, should be allowed to build
441 more homes in Palm Beach County’s Agricultural Reserve. If the
county commission approves the zoning board’s decision, the developer
will be able to build a total of 995 homes in the 996-acre space.
Those units will include townhomes and waterfront houses, surrounded
by lakes and a recreation area.
