Program speeds appraiser certification

The state department that certifies real estate appraisers is working with Florida State University to pre-certify the educational requirements for professional certification, reducing paperwork and making it easier for qualified graduates to be licensed. The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation’s (DBPR) Division of Real Estate seeks to eliminate submission of college transcripts for graduates of the right programs to speed the certification process.
