Downtown West Palm Beach landmark Comeau Building faces a foreclosure suit by Bank of America. Owner NCP Holdings had planned to convert the building into a 162-room Renaissance Hotel, a brand of Marriott. The Charlotte-headquartered bank filed a $13.4 million foreclosure action last week.
