He now drives around in a van emblazoned with the motto Foreclosuretoursrus.com, teaching prospective buyers how to pick up property on the cheap, and he’s finding more customers. He said speculators are back — but they’ve changed. He has investors up North who are buying houses sight unseen, for cash, he said.
