Madoff victim’s condo sold

An oceanfront Breakers Row condominium that hit the market after the Bernard Madoff scam was exposed closed April 1 for its asking price of $8.6 million. Nadine House, a broker with Northstar Homes of the Palm Beaches, said the transaction went smoothly. She represented both the seller, the Samuel N. Shapiro Trust, and the buyer, Bob Roberts of New York, in the sale.
