A group of investors from Quebec want to build a $30 million luxury recreational vehicle park on the site of a mobile home park in Margate. The Aztec RV Resort hopes to buy the 106-acre plot south of Southgate Boulevard, paying $15 million for the site, with plans to spend another $15 million on improvements. Jack Tobin, who represented the investor group, said there’s already substantial buyer interest, but Margate City Commissioner Pam Donovan said the permanent ownership could be a tough sell.
