Former Miami Heat player Alonzo Mourning has sold his five-bedroom waterfront home in Coconut Grove for $6 million, or $593 per square foot, to Timo and Georgia Kipp. The 10,121-square-foot house at 3525 Anchorage Way was built in 1996. Mourning, who has also been involved in affordable housing efforts in Miami-Dade County, had previously asked $10 million for the house.
