The agricultural reserve west of Delray Beach will be the home of a $20 million biofuel plant to convert the fast-growing plant jatropha into biodiesel fuel. Ag-Oil, a Delray Beach company that received $2.5 million in state funds for renewable energy, said it could produce 15 million gallons at peak production. The plan is scheduled to be completed by 2011.
