Texas ice cream maker Blue Bell Creameries bought a 2.2-acre site in Delray Beach and plans to build a large distribution center. Berger Commercial Realty broker Gordon Lunt said the company paid $1.4 million for the site at 9641 W. Atlantic Avenue west of Delray Beach, and plans a 12,500-square-foot center. Blue Bell started selling its ice cream in Florida in February.
