Real estate professionals and local home buyers who use Miami-Dade County’s online property information system are no longer relying as much on the Web site because it does not include properties bought out of foreclosure. If a foreclosed property is listed on the site, the listing will only include the date and price of the previous, pre-foreclosure sale. Patrick Smikle, a spokesperson for the Property Appraiser’s Office, said the office is planning to revamp the site to include the prices of foreclosed homes.
