Guilty plea in Operation Whose House

Extradition subject Yvette Scott Patterson, who fled to Jamaica and was returned to the United States in May, pleaded guilty to her role in a multimillion-dollar mortgage fraud scheme that investigators dubbed Operation Whose House. The $10 million fraud was discovered in November 2006; nine other people have pleaded guilty to similar criminal charges. Patterson faces up to five years in prison.
