Former Apple CEO sells house for $5.5M

John Sculley, former CEO of Apple, and his wife, Lee Adams Sculley, sold their Palm Beach mansion for $5.5 million. The house at 225 Seabreeze Avenue was purchased by W. Ted Gossett of Palm Beach and Robert Abee of Raleigh, N.C. Gossett is a sales associate with Sotheby’s Palm Beach. He bought Ivanka Trump’s Via Palma house in 2004 for $2.55 million. More recently, he purchased the former Durie Appleton estate on Casa Bendita for $5.7 million. The Adamses bought the existing house in 2006 for $4.5 million and demolished it, rebuilding a Mediterranean-style home.
