Clematis Street in West Palm Beach may yet be the site of a downtown revival. Paul Snitkin, head of brokerage for Anderson & Carr, an appraisal, realty and consulting group, helped bring Don Ramon, a well-known Cuban restaurant, to a vacant, 5,600-square foot restaurant space at the corner of Clematis Street and Olive Avenue. It’s the latest addition to the city’s growing restaurant row, in the wake of a recent surge in bars and nightclubs.
