A $2 million office and retail building has sold in Fort Lauderdale, according to Fimiani Development, which handled the negotiations as part of a court-appointed receivership. The 22,688-square-foot 777 Building, located at 777 Southeast 20th Street, already contains several tenants specializing in the yachting and marine industry.
