Developers guessed right in Fort Lauderdale

Fort Lauderdale developers sold nearly 90 percent of the units
constructed between 2003 and 2010 before the real estate crash,
according to a new white paper from Condo Vultures. Developers created
47 new projects with nearly 5,100 units in downtown Fort Lauderdale and
Fort Lauderdale Beach in the seven-year period. “The Fort Lauderdale
