107 condo units rent per month in Downtown Fort Lauderdale

Downtown Fort Lauderdale and Fort Lauderdale Beach have seen an average of 127 rental condo units snapped up per month so far this year, according to real estate brokerage and consultancy Condo Vultures. The median price is $1.19 per square foot per month, the report says. And while 85 percent of the leases — 107 units per month — have been taking place in Downtown Fort Lauderdale, the Fort Lauderdale Beach area is commanding higher prices. In Fort Lauderdale Beach, units are going for roughly 3 percent above their asking prices, whereas Downtown Fort Lauderdale units are going for 5 percent discounts.
