The Millennium Bay Harbor condominium project near Miami Beach is the subject
of a $23.2 million foreclosure suit by Spanish bank Caixa de Aforros de
Vigo. The bank filed the action Aug. 11 against Weston-based Millennium
Bay Harbor, along with managing members Ignacio Martinez and Noel
Epelboim. The stalled condo project is located at 9400 and 9420 W. Bay
Harbor Drive in Bay Harbor Islands. The original mortgage from 2008 was
worth $22.1 million. [SFBJ]
