Are today’s brokers out of touch? In this short animated video, a Larry King look-a-like wants to sell his home and interviews a real estate broker who is incapable of saying much besides, “I am number one in the market. Have you seen my billboard?” The man replies that the vast majority of homebuyers today look for homes on the Internet, to which her response is, “I don’t care.” She adds, “64 percent of all home sellers hire the first agent that they interview. Are you ready to get started?”
