Rybovich seeks $10M from activists

Rybovich, whose plans to lease a part of the Riviera Beach city marina
have been stymied by activists, has filed a counterclaim against the
Citizens Task Force for $10 million for what they allege to be
interference with the company’s relationship with the city. The Task
Force first filed a suit against the company, alleging that the city had
no authority to lease submerged lands at the marina to Rybovich, and
failed to get competitive bids when it approved a 25-year lease on Sept.
