Tiger’s ex checks out $4.5M Tequesta pad

Tiger Woods’ ex-wife Elin Nordegren was spotted checking out, and falling in love with, a $4.5 million waterfront penthouse at the Claridge Jupiter Island condominium this weekend in Tequesta, according to the Palm Beach Post’s Jose Lambiet. The four-bedroom, five-bathroom pad contains more than 3,600 square feet, plus outdoor space with views of both the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. Nordegren, who reportedly signed a $100 million divorce settlement this summer, also visited the under-construction Jupiter home that Woods is building for his mother for the second time in a month.
