The Southdale Shopping Center in West Palm Beach has been sold for $12.9
million, according to Cushman & Wakefield’s Southeast Capital
Markets Group, which was responsible for the marketing and execution of
the sale agreement. Cushman represented Southdale Shopping Center on
behalf of Southdale CRP LLC, an affiliate of Palm Beach Gardens-based
Ram Development Company. The buyer was BT Palm Beach, an affiliate of a
company based in Pennsylvania. The center was developed in 1958 and
