The final architectural designs of the planned $150 million Harbourside complex in Jupiter are slated for discussion by the town council tomorrow evening. The project, which was approved in December 2008 and is being developed by Allied Capital & Development of South Florida, will include a marina, hotel, parking garages and 300,000 square feet of commercial space. In addition to a vote on the designs, on the agenda for discussion tomorrow are parking fees, signs and the developers’ $2.5 million acquisition of the empty First Union Bank building on the site.
