Palm Beach sees biggest sale of 2010

Michael and Paolo Schulhof have made the largest home sale of the year in
Palm Beach, selling their home at 1075 North Ocean Boulevard for $22.5
million. The couple took a $500,000 loss on the price they paid for the
home in 2008. Realtor Cris Condo of Sotheby’s International Realty in
Palm Beach had listed the property for $24 million. The home is 10,232
square feet and has seven bedrooms. The Schulhofs originally bought the
home from the builder, Wittmann Building Corp. [Palm
