Florida is helping banks grab foreclosed properties with increasing
speed. As judges in New York and other states are beginning to put an
end to fraudulent document problems, not all judges — especially those
in Florida — have been responding in the same way. Some judges in
Florida are committed to speeding foreclosures through to completion.
One Lee County judge denied a bank’s motion based on fraudulent
documents asking for more time to sort out errors — essentially
throwing out the importance of whether the documents were property
produced. [AOL
