Navarro signs another South Florida lease

Navarro Discount Pharmacy has inked a deal to open a new, 16,000-square-foot store at Pembroke Pines’ Westfork Plaza as part of its new expansion push in South Florida. The nation’s largest Hispanic-owned drugstore chain closed its only Broward County store a few years ago. Its new lease, at 15825 Pines Boulevard, will open by the end of the year, the company said. Navarro is also planning to open a new site in Homestead at 2598 N.E. 10th Court and recently signed a lease for a new 14,000-square-foot store in North Miami. The Miami-based chain has 29 locations already and plans to add 21 more in South Florida over the next three years. [Sun Sentinel]
