Owners at Quali Run still locked out

After a hearing before Palm Beach County Circuit Court Judge Timothy
McCarthy, 100 owners at Quail Run, a Boynton Beach condo development,
are still locked out of several amenities at the site, including the
pool and the clubhouse. The steps have been taken against the owners
because five or six are in foreclosure and in default on their
maintenance fees. Judge McCarthy wondered whether it was fair to punish
100 owners for the delinquency of a few. “If you’ve got one bad apple,
