Hardest Hit fund spawns fake sites

Those who have no job and and an underwater mortgage are forced to look
to the federal Hardest Hit Fund, which is a program run by the U.S.
Treasury and administered by the states. But according to the Florida
Housing Finance Corporation, the program has seen a number of fake sites
pop up with similar web addresses and even similar web sites. The
