Two real estate industry veterans, consultant Richard Martin and broker
Jackson Rip Holmes, are on the ballot for Coral Gables’ Group 4
Commission race. The election for Coral Gables offices, including mayor,
is set for April 12, and candidates will speak tonight at an event at
the University of Miami’s Bill Cosford theater. Martin, who was born in
New York, is a principal with real estate consultancy LRS Financial
Group. Holmes is a commercial realtor with the Keyes company. [Miami
