Broker sues JCC leaders for commission

Real estate broker Barrett Singer, who is based in West Palm Beach, has
brought a lawsuit against the Palm Beach Jewish Community Campus for
commissions he claimed he is owed. According to the suit, which was
filed in Broward County Circuit Court, the JCC has not paid Singer for
his role in bringing the Palm Beach High School Foundation into
negotiations about the property. The Jewish Federation of Palm Beach
