Florida has the third-worst housing market in the country, based on the
rate of unemployment and average home price, according to LendingTree.
The company, which is an online loan marketplace, ranks all 50 states,
with North Dakota on top with a 3.7 percent unemployment rate and an
average home price of $173,000. Florida has an unemployment rate of 11
percent, with an average home price of $185,000, ahead of just
