The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom single-family home at 2775 Windmill Ranch Road in Weston, according to Condo Vultures Realty. The $2.495 million home saw a $405,000, or 14 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $2.9 million when it hit the market in February. The 9,286-square-foot unit is listed by Rose Sklar of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate. Condo Vultures data includes condos and single-family listings in the main metropolitan areas of Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and Key West that are priced at $1 million and above, and that include photographs.
