South Florida residential inventory 

Everybody knows the banks are taking properties off the market to offset price drops. But in the long run we still have all that inventory. It might [be] a quick solution but it all it does is prolong the problem. 

Publix breaks ground in Kendall

I think that would be a great idea. It would releave some of the traffic in the Dadeland area and stimulate employment as well. 

U.S. home prices haven’t bottomed out 
Wait for interest rates to rise shortly. Prices still have a ways to fall.
