Four SF condos top $3,000 per square foot

A small contingent of sellers has topped the $3,000-per-square-foot threshold, with four condominiums in South Florida reaching that level. As of June 29, there were four condos on the resale market with an asking price above $3,000 per square foot, according to a report from brokerage and consultancy Condo Vultures. Fisher Island is the location of three of the condos, with the fourth located on Miami Beach’s Ocean Drive.
