Liberty Universal Management’s Jill Gull joins Stiles Realty

Jill Gull has joined Stiles Realty as a retail leasing agent, the firm announced today. Gull was formerly a leasing agent with Liberty Universal Management in Orlando.

At Stiles, Gull will manage 976,000 square feet of retail space. Her portfolio will include the Shoppes of Avalon in Spring Hill, West Volusia Towne Centre in Orange City, Daytona Promenade in Daytona Beach and Red Willow in Winter Springs.

“Orlando and Tampa represent a rapidly growing segment of our business and we are confident Jill has the strength and capability to help build our presence in these key markets,” said Ryan Karlin, vice president of retail and leasing.

Gull was directly responsible for more than 650,000 square feet of retail space spanning a portfolio of 12 shopping centers at Liberty. She places several national, regional and local retail tenants, including Wellcare, Metro PCS, Pizza Vito, and Hungry Howies. — Katherine Clarke
