Bank of America Office Plaza sells for $5.4 million in Hollywood

The six-story Bank of America Office Plaza in Hollywood has been sold
for $5.4 million, according to Marcus & Millichap. The seller was
Emerald Hills Executive Plaza, an entity controlled by Scott Brenner,
which was represented by Marcus & Milichap’s Douglas Mandel. The
buyer was GRE Properties Sheridan Hills, who was represented by Adler
Realty Services. The complex, which is commonly known as the Emerald
Hills Executive Plaza, is located at 4601 Sheridan Street in Hollywood.
It was built in 1979.
