Following the trend in Miami, inventory in Palm Beach County and Broward
County continues to fall, with Palm Beach seeing a 23 percent decline
and Broward showing a 36 percent decline, according to Realtor.com.
“Bidding wars are everywhere,” said Chip Rowand of Keyes in Weston. Some
analysts expect more closed sales in the next weeks and months as a
large amount of distressed inventory begins to move through the system
