Sales jump at WPB’s Edge condo

Sales at the Edge condominium tower in West Palm Beach have jumped
almost three fold, with buyers paying more than $1.7 million for 11
developer units in the second quarter, according to a report from
brokerage and consultancy Condo Vultures. The project has now generated a
total of $73.5 million in new transactions. As of the end of March,
buyers had purchased almost 2,725 units in the downtown West Palm Beach
area. In the first three months of this year, Edge buyers took four
units for $550,000, Palm Beach County records show. — Alexander Britell
