Colliers names Nostrand new CEO

Stephen NostrandStephen Nostrand has been named the new CEO of Colliers International
South Florida, the company announced today. “Over the last year, our
firm has risen to new levels to service our clients, as well as our
brokers and staff,” said Donna Abood, who is now chairman of the firm.
The reorganization of the firm comes a year after Nostrand was named
managing director of the company. Both Abood and Michael Fay will be
assuming roles as chairman of the board. — Alexander Britell
